GCI supports the 508 Aircraft Sustainment Group (ACSG) at Ogden Air Logistics Center, under contract # FA8232-10-C-0004, by providing staffing for the Operational Flight Program (OFP) software sustainment updates and hardware / avionics updates to the F-16 Weapon System. These hardware and software modifications are for the F-16 Block 25, 30 and 32 weapon systems. This support includes the following: system functional processing, system performance requirements, system configuration, system documentation, external interface definitions, software analysis, flight testing, control and display analysis, preliminary test planning analysis and RM&D analysis of systems. Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS)
ECSS is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that will merge base level and wholesale logistics systems and deliver hard net savings for the Air Force. ECSS will replace the capability of approximately 400 legacy Information Technology (IT) logistics systems with an ORACLE SUITE ERP COTS integrated IT suite of modules that have proven capabilities in product support and engineering; supply chain management; expeditionary logistics C2 and maintenance, repair and overhaul. The broad range of functionality directly supported through the ECSS is Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS); Material Management, Contracting and Logistics Finance; Configuration and Bill of Material (BOM); Repair and Maintenance; Product Lifecycle Management (PLM); Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order Management (OM); Distribution and Transportation; Decision Support; Facilities Management; Quality Control; Document Management and Budgeting.

Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS)
DEAMS is the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System. The primary objective of DEAMS is to implement modern business processes that have been re-engineered around industry best business practices and the standard Department of Defense (DOD) business rules documented in the Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA).
DEAMS will provide a single financial management system shared by all U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) components and all U.S. Air Force (USAF) major commands. DEAMS will allow for the easy generation of enterprise-wide reports, reduce rework, reduce the requirement for "data calls" and generally elevate financial management capabilities. The DEAMS initiative will support the accounting and financial management functions of the USTRANSCOM, USAF and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). The initiative is being performed under the direction of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Business Management Modernization Program's, Finance, Accounting Operations and Financial Management Domain. It is being executed jointly by USTRANSCOM, DFAS and the Air Force with close coordination with the Army and the Navy. The program's most immediate beneficiary is USTRANSCOM; DEAMS will become its primary financial system providing reliable, accurate cost information to set transportation rates and assess the economy and efficiency of its operations.
DEAMS is a partnership between the USTRANSCOM, USAF and DFAS, supported by Oracle ERP software and Accenture® as the systems integrator. GCI is providing the Oracle ERP-specific knowledge as a subcontractor to Accenture. Some of the tasks performed by GCI are:

Nursing and Technician Medical Staffing
GCI provides clinical medical staffing at Andrews AFB, in Washington, DC, as a subcontractor to TerraHealth, Inc., to augment the current hospital staff. This effort is being performed under the Air Force Medical Services (AFMS) Commodity Council Clinical Support contract. This AFMS contract is managed out of Wright Patterson AFB. The contract is a $1.9B IDIQ effort to support all of the Air Force Medical Treatment Facilities around the country with physicians, nurses, and technical staff. GCI is providing nurses, ortho-technicians, radiology technicians, and other technical personnel in support of this contract.
Dental Assistant Medical Staffing
GCI provides clinical medical staffing at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah, as a subcontractor to TerraHealth, Inc., to augment the current hospital staff. This effort is being performed under the Air Force Medical Services (AFMS) Commodity Council Clinical Support contract. This AFMS contract is managed out of Wright Patterson AFB. The contract is a $1.9B IDIQ effort to support all of the Air Force Medical Treatment Facilities around the country with physicians, nurses and technical staff. GCI is providing dental technicians in support of this contract.
