Sandeep Sharma is President, CEO and founder of Global Consulting International Inc. (GCI), the technology consulting firm. His leadership philosophy and professional experience mirrors GCI’s mission – best quality service at competitive rates.
Sandeep has over 20 years of experience executing IT consulting projects worldwide. He has been working with the Oracle Corporation’s technologies from the beginning of his career. Prior to GCI, Sandeep worked for Oracle Corporation (now Oracle USA) in the ERP consulting practice. During his tenure at Oracle Corporation, he held various positions in the delivery and practice management for Oracle e-Business Suite.
Sandeep started his career with Tata Consultancy Services in 1989. He has executed projects in the United States, Europe, Middle-East and Asia Pacific for commercial and government clients.
He holds a degree in Power Electronics Engineering.
David Stevens, United States Air Force GS-15 (Retd) Director of Federal Operations
David Stevens, formerly worked as Deputy Director of the 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group, within the 309th Maintenance Wing, at Hill AFB, Utah. He retired in 2007 after 37 years in a variety of positions on-base, including; Squadron Commander F-16 Maintenance, Squadron Commander A-10 Maintenance, Chief of Planning Aircraft Maintenance, Program Manager F-16 Systems Program Office (SPO), Logistics Manager F-16 SPO, Logistician instructor/course developer and Equipment Specialist Aircraft Simulators. He resides in Roy with his wife Vicki and is serving as GCI’s Director of Federal Operations, so he has the capability to react quickly to any requirements or questions that may arise regarding our capabilities.
Dr. Douglas Fuller, M.D. MPH, FACOEM, FAAFP, Col. United States Air Force (Retd), MC, CFS Medical Director
Dr. Fuller serves as Medical Director for Global Consulting International's (GCI) Occupational Medicine Services at Hill AFB, Utah. He also provides consultation services for GCI including all facets of occupational medicine, recruiting of healthcare providers, and short and long term medical strategy for military applications.
Dr. Fuller began his medical education at the University of Utah School of Medicine and finished in 1982. He completed a Family Practice Residency at Scott AFB, Illinois in 1985 and an Occupational Medicine Residency at the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2000. He retired from the United States Air Force in August 2006 following 24 years of active duty as a physician and flight surgeon. He has nearly a thousand hours of flight time in a variety of military aircraft including: C-130, F-16, and CH-53 and H-1 helicopters. He has served in many locations in the continental United States and at Sembach, Germany.
Dr. Fuller’s service has allowed him to serve as a family physician in many assignments culminating in running four family medicine clinics and a full emergency room staffed with physicians and residents at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. He finished his military service as an Associate Director of the Occupational Medicine Residency at Brooks AFB, Texas teaching residents in Aerospace Medicine the art of Occupational Medicine.
Following his retirement from the Air Force, Dr. Fuller joined the Occupational Medicine team at Hill AFB, Utah, today; he continues to provide full occupational medicine services for the men and women at the base.
Col. Larry Mallory United States Air Force (Retd) Regional Director, Intermountain West
Larry Mallory performs multiple roles for Global Consulting International (GCI), including business development, teaming relationships, market/competitive insight for new bids and corporate near-term and long-range strategy.
Larry retired in May 1996 from the United States Air Force. His career included 8-1/2 years of active duty, flying Strategic Reconnaissance (RC-135) for Strategic Air Command. From 1970 to 1974, he flew 94 combat missions in Vietnam, logging 1,500 hours of combat time and over 4,800 hours of flight time. After active duty he spent 15 years in the Air Force Reserve, serving multiple roles in Air Force (Technical) Intelligence (his college degree was in engineering). His last Air Force assignment was working for five years in the SCIFF at Hill AFB.
In addition, Larry has also had a career in the Aerospace Industry developing multiple avionics systems for Air Force fighter aircraft. During a 10-year tenure at Martin Marietta, he worked on the development, testing and production of the Low Altitude Navigation & Targeting Infrared system for Night (LANTIRN), which is flown today on both the F-16 Fighting Falcon and the F-15E Strike Eagle.
During a 13-year tenure at Sverdrup Corporation, he provided oversight for surveillance testing of Air Force Tactical Munitions to include tactical missiles, laser-guided bombs and other precision-guided weapons for the Munitions Directorate at Hill AFB. He also served at Wright-Patterson AFB supporting the Simulation Validation (SIMVAL) program at Foreign Technology Division (FTD). This program validated current ground and airborne threats to USAF Tactical Fighter and Strategic Bomber aircraft.
Beverly Power Director of Federal Services
Beverly Power brings to GCI an extensive background in Medical Staffing, Professional Consulting and Careers. Ms. Power’s basic background was foundationally formed as Director of Human Resources many years for ADTECH Systems Inc which serviced Medical, IT and International Security facilitating Embassies and Consulates. During this time Ms. Power had the honor faciliting to success the very first Air Force Satellite Medical Facility for Beneficiaries in a private hospital named the “Prime Eagle Clinic” in NewPort News for Langley Air Force Base in 2000. Since this pioneer pilot program, this success has proven to be a trend for Beneficiaries around the nation. After a very successful diverse tenure at Adtech Systems Inc., Ms. Power joined The Healing Staff in March 2005 as Director of Human Resources facilitating Medical Services around the United States for the Veterans Hospitals and Military Installations around the United States. Ms Power had the pleasure of being one of the six companies to prime the $1.9 Billion Commodity Council Contract for the Air Force which naturally progressed her position to Vice President of Operations, at The Healing Staff with great success on this contract. Ms. Power joined THI/ TerraHealth Inc. in February 2009 embarking the company into greater success on the Air Force Commodity Council Contract with a substantial growth rate for THI. Ms Power has many years of experience facilitating Medical Solutions to the Government to include all specialties of Allied Health, Ancillary Physician of all specialities, Dental Personnel, Behavioral Health & Medical IT. Her expertise and background affords her the ability through her knowledge to build a solidified team which Recruits, Credentials, and benchmarks the date of fill ration as well as spearheads smooth transitions of large awards to meet timely fills to the Government’s satisfaction as Best Value. Shane Christianson Enterprise Solutions Manager
Shane Christianson's military background compliments GCI's 'Support the Mission' philosophy. Shane spent eleven years in the Aviation Branch of the United States Army (1989-2000) achieving the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2. He graduated from US Army Aviation Flight School in Fort Rucker Alabama as the Distinguished Honor Graduate for his class. He performed duties as a UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot and AH-64 Apache Crew Chief prior to flight school. As a pilot, achieved the status of Pilot-in-Command and Unit Trainer responsible for training other pilots and crew members in Night Vision Goggles and Instrument flight. In addition to his military expertise, Shane has over ten years of business experience in the conduct of Account Management, Sales, Program Management and Recruiting. His industry knowledge includes information technology, semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes, insurance and employee benefits, extensive aviation and aircraft systems experience, and in-depth background in personnel supervision and training. For the past 6 years, he has been responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of both Information Technology and Information Systems professionals for project based and strategic staffing requirements. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
Vicki Stevens Federal Business Advisor
Vicki Stevens has more than 34 years of government service. Before joining Global Consulting International, she worked at the Ogden Air Logistics Center of the United States Air Force. Her expertise includes 20 years in contracting as a Contracting Officer for Major Weapon Systems. She also worked in management as a Branch Chief for the Systems Management Branch in Operational Contracting.
Her last 14 years were spent in the Small Business Office where she worked as a Small Business Specialist with an emphasis on the Minority Business Program. In this position, she was responsible for the review of all Hill Air Force Base requirements, and served as a liason and advisor for all Small Business Programs. Mrs. Stevens has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
Roxy Hood Human Resource Administrator
Roxy Hood is the Human Resources Administrator for Global Consulting International. Mrs. Hood's expertise includes 22 years in Human Resources and 14 years in Accounting. Roxy brings to GCI an extensive background in all aspects of Human Resources, including four years as the Human Resource Manager for a Government Contracting company in the Aircraft Maintenance Division at Hill Air Force Base. My background also includes, compliance of government regulations, managing HR and Payroll departments in multiple states and extensive knowledge of Labor Laws and regulations. Roxy's accounting background includes Financial Reporting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and job costing. Roxy is the main point of contact for all Human Resource inquiries.
Manisha Roongta Recruiting Manager
Manisha Roongta has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Masters degree in Applied Mathematics.
Ms. Roongta started her career as an SAP Basis Administrator and an Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with the Information Technology (IT) division of Tata Motors, Tata Technologies Ltd., in India. She was trained in software programming and software engineering techniques and has an in-depth understanding of Oracle Technologies Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) concepts. She has been trained in the ERP software packages like Oracle Applications and SAP.
Ms. Roongta also manages vendor relations with Global Consulting International’s sub-vendors.
